School Office hours

Our school office is administered on a part-time basis. If you are trying to reach the teaching team in the morning we will attempt to answer as much as possible however, sometimes you will need to leave a message. Between 8:30 am and 8:45 the messages are collected and if necessary, we will return your call at that time.

Emergency Management Plan

​

BBMS is involved in an ongoing Emergency Preparedness program to ensure the care and safety of each student at our school. Our emergency preparedness plan and procedures are outlined in the School Emergency Management Plan.

Meeting with the Teaching Team

​

We ask that if you require a meeting with the teaching team, please book a formal appointment by email or phone. We can usually meet requests for meetings within a week.

Weather Closures

​

In the case of school closure due to inclement weather (snow) and power outages (wind), a “telephone” tree will be initiated to inform families on a daily basis as to the school’s operational status. Generally this communication will occur at approximately 7:00 a.m. each morning of the school closure. In addition, the Academic Director will contact the radio station CKNW 604-331-2722.
